Orthotic workflow
How the program unfolds
Initial visit
Clinical evaluation and treatment planning
Dr. Golan examines your foot and ankle, reviews your history, and confirms whether this program fits your diagnosis before any treatment begins.
Weeks 2 to 3
3D digital foot scanning
When clinically appropriate, your feet are digitally scanned so custom prescription orthotics can be fabricated to your measurements.
Subsequent visit
Orthotic fitting and dispensing
Once fabrication is complete, your orthotics are fitted, adjusted, and dispensed at a follow-up visit.
Orthotic fabrication requires additional processing time, so fitting takes place at a later visit after the orthotics arrive. The custom orthotics are included in the $1,200 program price when clinically indicated.

The Vertex Regenerative Dual Treatment ($750) includes 6 Radial Shockwave Therapy sessions and 6 REMY Class IV Laser sessions with coordinated care and progress monitoring.
